'Phillip and I loved Amal. From start to finish she was professional yet fun and totally up for trying a few new things. This definitely came in handy with our cake request of Blue Velvet Sponge (think red velvet but bright royal blue!) Amal proved more than up for the challenge and provided us with 3 versions to try on our tasting day. A couple of months prior to the wedding we spent time tweaking the outer design of the cake (with some cupcakes provided by Amal to keep us going). The result was a beautiful creation that suited our theme and personalties perfectly. The guests were floored by the simple white and ivory design outside hiding the bright blue sponge interior. It's brought up every time our wedding is mentioned with all agreeing that it was unique and completley delicious. Thank you so much Amal for literally putting the icing on the cake for our wedding.'
