• How much notice is required?

 

Cupcakes and Celebration cakes require a 2 week minimum notice period.

Wedding cakes require a minimum of 8 weeks notice but can be booked as far in advance as you like. It is always advised to book in your wedding cake as early as possible so as to avoid disappointment.

 

• Do you require a booking fee?

 

Yes. Wedding Orders require  £150 booking fee which secures your date. With the balance due 4 weeks before the date of your wedding.

Celebration cakes and cupcakes require a 50% booking fee of the total value of your order, with the balance due 2 weeks before collection.  (please request a copy of my Terms & Conditions for further details) Deposits can either be paid by Cash or Bank Transfer.

• Do you offer Wedding Consultations?

 

Yes. Please contact me to arrange a mutually convenient time and date.  You will have the option to taste up to 3 flavours' of cake/filling of your choosing during the consultation. The cost for this is £30. (£20 of this will be deducted from the total value of your order should you decide to go ahead)Feel free to bring any pictures  or colour swatches with you and we will work together to create your dream wedding cake. If you are unable to attend a consultation I am happy to arrange a telephone / skype consultation. Taster boxes are available for a small fee. Please contact us for more information.

 

• Do you deliver?

 

Delivery and Set up can be arranged as part of your wedding order. Delivery is free within 5 miles of Feltham (TW14 8EH). Thereafter it will be charged at 60p per mile round trip.
